RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

There is strictly no refund or return of the product once the item purchased is delivered and accepted.
Please ensure that you choose your products carefully.
Opened food products cannot be returned for a refund due to strict health and safety regulations.
You are entitled to a refund if your product/s meet any of the following criteria

  • Damaged Or Inedible
    *Manufacturers Fault
    *Incorrectly Delivered item That Differs From Your Order
    You must report any of the above issues to our email : [email protected] within 48hrs of receiving your order.
    Any claims made after this time frame has expired will not be accepted.Please provide photographic evidence of the product with your report email.
    Please note we do not refund for a simple change of mind . Please see our Cancellation Policy for further information on Order Cancellations .
    For cancellations, it can be made via phone or email from a registered shopper and only if the order has not been shipped out by us.
    We do not refund if a product does not meet your expectations of taste or flavour or if you simply do not like the product you have chosen .
    Due to our products being of a perishable nature , we do not offer refunds on products that have broken inside the packaging during transit .

  • If any refund is required, we will request for your local bank details (Malaysia only) and the refund will be transferred to you within 15 working days.
